The GIA website is intended for informational purposes, registration of farmers, communication with partners, and presentation of our products and services. All content provided on this site, including text and images, is protected and must not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior authorization from GIA.
Orders for chicks, feed, or seeds can be placed through phone, WhatsApp, the website’s contact form, or directly in person. Payment terms are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Depending on the service, GIA may require advance payment or facilitate payment through a partner financial institution. GIA reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that does not comply with its operational requirements or payment terms.
Delivery of products is available within the Estuaire region of Gabon. Farmers located outside this area are required to collect their orders directly from GIA’s designated location. Delivery dates and conditions are agreed upon when the order is confirmed. While GIA strives to ensure timely delivery, it cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as transportation difficulties, weather, or supply disruptions.
All GIA products and services are supplied in good faith and sourced from reputable partners. Nevertheless, agricultural performance and livestock results depend on the user’s practices, environmental conditions, and adherence to technical guidelines. GIA does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding productivity, yield, or chick survival rates beyond what is covered during transportation. The farmer assumes full responsibility for implementing the appropriate conditions for raising poultry and cultivating crops.
The technical assistance and training programs offered by GIA are designed to educate farmers on poultry management, farm hygiene, and effective production methods. While GIA provides recommendations and practical support, the association cannot guarantee outcomes or be held liable for losses resulting from the misapplication of advice or non-compliance with biosecurity standards. All training materials and advice are offered for general guidance purposes only.
GIA assists farmers in the preparation of documents and applications required to obtain micro-loans from partner financial institutions. The assistance provided does not constitute a guarantee of loan approval, amount, or conditions. Each loan application is reviewed independently by the financial institution, and approval is subject to its internal criteria. GIA bears no responsibility for the outcome of loan applications or repayment agreements between farmers and the financing entity.
